When placing an order purchaser agrees that all details provided are true and accurate, as an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place the order.


An acknowledgement e-mail will be sent confirming receipt of your order. If a specific item that has been ordered is not available, purchaser will be contacted within 48 hours and presented with the option to substitute a similar item or receive a refund.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to purchaser when the order is dispatched.



If you cancel your order within 24 hours and it has not been dispatched for delivery, you will receive a full refund. If the order has been dispatched, a refund will be made upon return of the merchandise. All shipping costs incurred by From Gwen’s Heart as a result of the cancellation will be deducted from the refund. Cancellation of any special order items must be made within 48 hours of the request. If not requested within this time frame, there will be a fee of 10% of the total cost of the order deducted from the refund.


Damaged Items

If any item received by purchaser is damaged due to shipping, or any of the written material is incorrect due to an error by artist, a photo must be sent as proof of the damage/error. Upon receipt of photo, arrangements will be made to replace the item, or a refund will be offered to purchaser. Damaged items must be returned. Shipping fees will be reimbursed to purchaser upon receipt of merchandise.
